Creating this page is a small act of Guru Dakshina in the only way a website can give it.

Before you learn about my healing work, I want you to know the hands and hearts that shaped it.

Every healing session I offer carries the wisdom, the energy, and the grace of the teachers who walked with me — some for years, some for a single life-changing workshop. Each one gave me something I could not have found alone.

I did not arrive at this work by myself. I was guided, corrected, initiated, and loved into it — by Gurus who saw my potential before I did, and who shared their knowledge with an open and generous heart.

Naming them here, honouring them here, and pointing you toward their work — this is my gratitude made visible. I bow to each of them with a full heart, and I carry their teachings into every session I hold.

Long before I sat in any classroom or attended any workshop, my first teacher was already with me — in the kitchen, in her prayers, in the quiet way she cared for everyone around her. My mother was, and remains, my very first Guru.

It was she who first whispered the word Reiki to me. During my college years, when life felt scattered and restless, she gently guided me to study Reiki Energy healing.

She did not push. She did not explain at length. She simply knew — the way mothers know things before words can carry them. That one quiet nudge became the seed of everything I do today.

Every healer has a moment when the path first opened. Mine opened through my mother’s hands, her faith, and her love. I carry her blessing into every session — seen or unseen, she is always the first energy in the room.

If my mother showed me the direction, it was my father who made sure I had every resource to walk that path. In our tradition, a true Guru is one who removes darkness — and my father did this not with words alone, but with an unending stream of books, courses, and opportunities placed quietly at our feet.

He never said no to knowledge. Whether it was the Bhagavad Gita or a modern science textbook, a degree course or an extra-curricular workshop — if it would make us grow, he would find a way. There was no budget too tight, no effort too great, when it came to our learning.

He carried the ancient Indian belief in his bones — that the greatest gift a parent can give a child is not wealth or comfort, but vidya, knowledge. And he gave it generously, joyfully, and without condition.

From Hindu scriptures to modern healing sciences — my library, my education, and ultimately my healing practice, all have his fingerprints on them. He may never have held a Reiki attunement, but he created the space where one could find me.

Not all Gurus stand at the front of a classroom. Some walk right beside you — at the dinner table, on a phone call, in a quiet moment between patients.

My sister is that kind of teacher. As a practising Ayurvedic doctor and a gifted acupuncture therapist, she carries two ancient healing traditions in her hands with remarkable skill and grace.

What makes her truly rare is not just her knowledge — it is her humanity. She believes, with every cell of her being, that a patient must be seen as a whole person first. Her clinic is a place where people feel heard before they feel treated. That philosophy has quietly shaped the way I hold space in my own healing work.

Whenever I have struggled to understand a complex healing concept, she has had the rare gift of translating it into simple, living language — without ever diminishing its depth. She makes the ancient feel approachable, and the technical feel human. She is my guide to continously learn in this field.

Her diagnosis is precise in a way that goes beyond textbooks — it is intuitive, felt, and almost always quietly accurate. I have watched her read a patient’s energy before a single word is spoken. That is a gift you cannot teach, only witness — and I have been fortunate to witness it up close my entire life.

Every Reiki session I offer traces its roots back to one man, one mountain, and one extraordinary moment of divine grace. Mikao Usui Sensei — born in Japan in 1865 — is the founder of Reiki, and it is with the deepest reverence that I honour him on this page. Without his courage, his seeking, and his willingness to share what he received so freely, none of us who practise Reiki today would have this gift in our hands.

What moves me most about Usui Sensei is not the miracle of his attainment — it is the generosity of what he did with it. He developed the attunement process and the Reiki symbols so that this healing energy could be transmitted, learned, and shared by ordinary people across the world. He did not keep it for the few. He gave it to everyone.

Every time I place my hands in a session, I am continuing a lineage that began with his sacrifice, his surrender, and his boundless compassion.

If Mikao Usui Sensei gave the world Reiki, it was Grand Master Choa Kok Sui — lovingly known as GMCKS — who brought an equally profound gift: the science and art of Pranic Healing.

Through years of dedicated research, experimentation, and deep collaboration with clairvoyant associates, GMCKS developed a comprehensive system for cleansing and energising the human energy body — the aura and chakras — to accelerate the body’s own natural healing.

He understood, and demonstrated, that prana — the vital life force that permeates all living things — is not merely a spiritual concept but a real and workable energy that can be directed, measured, and applied for healing physical, emotional, and psychological conditions. For me personally, his teachings on the energy body, the chakras, and the law of correspondence — that what happens in the energy field manifests in the physical body — form a vital foundation of my healing practice. He showed us that miracles are not violations of natural law but expressions of it. Every time I scan an aura, cleanse a chakra, or work with pranic energy, I am walking a path he illuminated with extraordinary clarity, love, and courage. I bow to him with profound gratitude.

George Vithoulkas is a Greek Professor of Homeopathic Medicine who is recognized around the world as the personality who re-established homeopathy in the 20th century.

Professor Vithoulkas’ knowledge comes from 60 years’ indefatigable efforts to improve, through practice and constant research, the standards of education in order that the empirical effectiveness of the original Classical Hahnemannian Homeopathy will be recognized and accepted by Medical Universities and Medical Practitioners.

Among the teachers who have shaped my understanding of healing at its deepest level, Ms. Cristina Horvath holds a place of great honour. What I will carry forward from her, above all, is her belief that a good practitioner is first a good human being — one who sees the patient fully, holds space without judgement, and has the patience to let truth emerge. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and her gift of nurturing confidence in those she teaches.

On a page dedicated to teachers and Gurus, it would be incomplete — and deeply unjust — to not honour the one person who has stood beside me through every stage of this journey with unwavering faith. My husband is not a healer by profession, but he is, in every meaningful sense, a Karma Sahabhagi — a true partner in purpose.

At a time when it would have been easy to impose his own views, steer me toward a conventional career, or question the path I was choosing, he did none of that. Instead, he encouraged me to study, to deepen my skills, and to follow the calling that was uniquely mine. That quality of selfless encouragement — free of ego and expectation — is itself a form of teaching that no classroom can offer.

He has witnessed my profound healing journey with energy healing and classical homeopathy — the transformations, the breakthroughs, the long periods of learning and unlearning — and he has stood strong through every chapter of it. Not as a bystander, but as a conscious, committed companion who understood that my healing was not separate from my purpose, but the very foundation of it.

Today, as I carry the vision of bringing energy healing education to one million people worldwide, his support is not background noise — it is bedrock. Every person that comes in my healing circle- either via education on this platform, or a client who witness the power of energy healing, in some quiet way, also has the strength of a man who believed in this mission before it had a name.
